Training charges and payment methods
There are three payment methods used within the ESLP. Which one you use depends on your establishment.
- Most external establishments will be attached to online payments, meaning event bookings (and any applicable non-attendance fees) can be paid for online using a debit or credit card. The online payment function has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible and we recommend reading through the online payment help-guide prior to making your first booking.
Important note: Event bookings will not be confirmed until payment is made. Therefore, we strongly recommend making prompt payment to avoid your place being lost to another person.
- Those external establishments who have not yet been converted over to online payment will (for the meantime) receive a post-event invoice for training charges (and any applicable non-attendance fees).
Important note: If a purchase order number is required on the event invoice, it is imperative that this is given at the time of booking (noted within the ‘Special instructions box’). The onus is on the establishment/line-manager to provide this information at this stage as we are unable to add purchase order numbers post-event.
- Internal ESCC staff (including maintained schools) will have their training charges journaled automatically post-event.
Important note: Please review the information on the ‘Request a place’ page to ensure the correct team and line-manager are displayed. If the details are incorrect, please contact the relevant team.
