Targeted Early Help, offered by Family Keyworkers in East Sussex is an approach to improving outcomes for families with multiple and complex problems.

Continuum of Need
The Safeguarding Children Continuum of Need tools are used widely across all teams who work with children and families in East Sussex. The tools provide a shared understanding and common language around needs and risks to support decision-making and discussions between services.
