Coaching and mentoring play vital roles in the East Sussex County Council Plan to make best use of resources. Embedding coaching skills across the organisation helps to support and develop our managers and staff, and enables everyone to respond to the changing and challenging environment in which the Council is operating.
The pool of qualified coaches can help ESCC staff achieve their goals, overcome challenges, or improve performance by providing a safe, confidential space to reflect on skills and experiences.
